Edward Nelles is a geologist who has been involved in the mineral exploration industry since 2007. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree from Laurentian University. Edward has worked in British Columbia, Ontario, and Mexico and has experience in both grassroots and brownfields exploration for VMS, orthomagmatic Ni-Cu-PGE, Cu-porphyry, and magmatic Ti-Fe deposits. In addition, he has helped set up and manage an in-house laboratory for processing and analyzing (using a portable XRF) soil samples, and magnetic and gravity separates. Edward is a Geoscientist In Training (GIT) with APEGBC.

Galen McNamara is one of the principle geologists of Pioneer and one of the company’s co-founders. Having been involved in the mineral exploration business since 2004, he has worked extensively in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and Saskatchewan and has experience working on projects in Utah, Nevada, Chile, British Columbia and Nunavut for various junior exploration companies. Galen is a director of both Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration (TSX-V: HBE) and Wabi Exploration (CNSX: WAB). He has Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in geology from Laurentian University and is a registered professional geoscientist.

Patrick McAndless 

With over 40 years of experience as a geoscientist, and 26 years as the VP of Exploration for Imperial Metals Corporation in Vancouver, BC, Patrick has been engaged in base and precious metal exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Central America and Africa. He has successfully managed large-scale exploration projects in search of porphyry copper, volcanogenic massive sulphide and epithermal gold deposits. Patrick was instrumental in the discovery of a high-grade gold deposit at Imperial's Sterling project in Nevada, and the high-grade copper deposit at Imperial's Mount Polley property in British Columbia.

Patrick's carreer highlights include:

- Over 44 years in the mining industry primarily exploring for base and precious metal deposits worldwide. - Managed large-scale exploration projects for senior and junior mining companies focusing on porphyry copper, volcanogenic massive sulphide, epithermal gold, uranium and diamond deposits. - Part of the Imperial Metal’s team that discovered the copper-gold Northeast zone in British Columbia and the high-grade gold 144 zone in Nevada. - Recognized by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia 2006 C.J. Westerman Memorial Award for significant contributions to professional geoscience and outstanding community service, the British Columbia & Yukon Chamber of Mines 2005 H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award for Excellence in Prospecting and Mineral Exploration, and the 2003 Northern BC Business & Industry Award for Northern BC Prospector of the Year. - Director of a number of junior mining companies. - Guest lecturer at over 100 universities and colleges across Canada, US and Europe providing a set of practical tools to assist geoscience and engineering students with their career development.

Michael Burns has been involved in the exploration industry since 2007. As a founding member of Mackevoy Geosciences Ltd. (2007-2013), he operated and designed a variety of grassroots projects throughout the Yukon and British Columbia. Mike has extensive experience in greenfields exploration for REE's, U, Au, Sn, W, Ag, and Li. He obtained his B.Sc honors with distinction from UVic, and is on track to complete his MSc in Geology from Laurentian University. Mike's academic research interests involve  Rare-Element LCT-type pegmatites, epithermal Au and Porphyry systems and fluid inclusions. Mike is a director of Canadian International Minerals Inc. (TSV-V: CIN) and the CEO and President of Star Minerals Group Ltd. (CSE: SUV).

Craig Stewart is a geologist who specializes in mineral exploration. He has six years of experience working with Ni-Cu-PGE deposits within the Sudbury basin. Most recently, Craig worked on a high-grade, oxidized gold deposit at Kaminak Gold Corporation's  Coffee Creek project in the Yukon. He is a proud Nova Scotian, obtaining a B.Sc.(Hons) and M.Sc. at Saint Mary’s University where he examined the application of halogen geochemistry as a vector in mineralexploration. He is currently completing PhD in mineral Deposits at Laurentian University, continuing his research on hydrothermal systems within the Sudbury environment.
